25th August 2009we had a lovely stay at hurst view last weekend, weather glorious, walking from the campsite fantastic, you can walk to hurst castle and beyond from the back gate of the campsite which leads you straight through wetlands where you will see many coastal birds, and other wildlife. the campsite it's self is large, 4 fields or so with toilet blocks, showers (very basic and usually cold but free) a campshop again basic but friendly but best of all....you can have campfires! :) cooking, watch the stars, does it get any better?....
